Triple Beam Pizza

In a city with a complete lack of Roman pizza options, Triple Beam is a breath of fresh air. I wish I lived nearby so I could stop more than once a week for what is probably the best snack pizza in LA.

I am so incredibly pleased to have another great Roman pizza option in LA. I always prefer to eat in person, but it's functionally only delivery-only for now being run from Colony. Incredible crunchy texture, light, and well-fermented pizza (or “pinsa” which describes this style specifically). I would avoid the margherita which used dry mozz and too much of it when I ordered, and instead ensure that you get the "Amore Pesto Pizza" which is spectacular.
