Triple Beam Pizza

In a city with a complete lack of Roman pizza options, Triple Beam is a breath of fresh air. I wish I lived nearby so I could stop more than once a week for what is probably the best snack pizza in LA. And great news, the Santa Monica location has now opened! Hopefully they continue to expand with many more outposts.
All Roads

The flour recipe for Pinsa was optimized by the ancients for lightness and health. All Roads (...lead to Rome, took me too long to realize) has done a great job bringing this pizza style to LA. Both the Margherita and Bianca had a ridiculously light crust which especially pairs well with the heavier cheeses on the Bianca.
GG Kitchen

I am so incredibly pleased to have another great Roman pizza option in LA. I always prefer to eat in person, but it's functionally only delivery-only for now being run from Colony. Incredible crunchy texture, light, and well-fermented pizza (or “pinsa” which describes this style specifically). I would avoid the margherita which used dry mozz and too much of it when I ordered, and instead ensure that you get the "Amore Pesto Pizza" which is spectacular.
