Make sure to go to the one in Santa Monica, feels like genuine NY slices, awesome that it's open late too.
Prime Pizza (Round)

Locations all around LA. If you're lucky enough to live near one, it's the perfect neighborhood joint. The round slices are absolutely on point with the reheat, and I usually get a cheese and a white when I walk in. Take your time eating though, the high-gluten dough means there's a lot of chew. If you order a whole pie, get it well-done and possibly double cut.
