If I had to pick just one favorite pizza in LA (and I hate picking favorites), it might be the mushroom pizza here. Unbelievable pizza that somehow manages to be light, crispy, indulgent, and digestable all at the same time. This is clearly pushing the boundaries on what neapolitan means. The focus on natural ferments with the sourdough pizza and natural wines is refreshing. Every time I've gone, I've split two pizzas for two people, before ultimately succumbing to another for dessert, and being totally content.--
